I have had this rolling around in my box of bits for a few years and finally decided to assemble and paint it.

I got bored with the dwarf units so I took a break and painted this.

Been working on an Ork marker for animosity, finished painting the model up, check it out.

Walked again today, blisters and all.  I did find the validity in ensuring that shoes AND socks were worn.  Although a bit sore, I walked for 24 minutes and 1.16 miles.  Whilst watching the pilot of Big Bang Theory.  Finally taking the suggestion from multiple friends I caved and added yet ANOTHER show to watch.  Now I have a shorter show to watch while walking everybody wins!!

So I wanted to walk for the last few days, and keep getting sucked into random things…. so I had the brilliant idea of walking just a bit longer today.  Now, this would not have been an issue IF I had thought to wear shoes while I walked.  The thought did cross my mind but I decided I didn’t want to walk upstairs and get socks, and I didn’t want to wear my shoes without socks.  ANYWAYS… I walked for 53 minutes and went 2.446 miles.  At least I don’t walk on Sunday so that will give me 1 day to recover [...]

If you have ever wondered what the inside of your eyes look like, here is an image of a healthy eye. Below are my eyes 1 month after my little visit to the ER (as of this post its been a little over 3 months). The spots are called “Cotton Wool Spots” and they are basically leftover calcium from my eyes bleeding on the inside. I went to the eye doctor today and I am now at a 3 on a scale of 1-4 (4 being worst). My vision now scores at 30/20 and 25/20, which is not as good [...]

Walked today, 30 min 1.13 miles. Not great time, but still good that I did it. Watched Doctor Who at the same time. Good episode. Need to give Doctor Who a break so I don’t get caught up to current episodes, and start watching some Torchwood instead. As if I had a shortage of other shows to watch, I had to go and add Torchwood to the mix!
